100TPH RO Water Treatment System For Landfill Leachate Treatment System
Reverse osmosis (RO) systems are common water purification system devices that use partially permeable membranes to separate ions, unwanted molecules, larger particles and colloid, organic impurities, and heavy metal ions from drinking water. RO water treatment system remove a wide range of dissolved and suspended chemicals and biological substances (mainly bacteria) from water, as well as asbestos, a variety of taste, color and odor producing chemicals, particulates, total dissolved solids, turbidity and radium for industrial processes and drinking water production.
How does RO Water Treatment System Works
The reverse osmosis system is an important part of the water
treatment system and is widely used in the preparation of purified
water and drinking water. When the RO membrane is on one side of
the selective membrane, by applying pressure to the solution, the
RO membrane removes many types of macromolecules and ions from the
solution. The result is that solutes such as iron, viruses,
bacteria and solids are retained on the pressurized side of the
membrane, while pure solvent is allowed to pass through the other
side of the membrane.

Features and Benefits of RO Water Treatment System
1. The system can produce water automatically and continuously.
2. No need for chemical regeneration, easy to operate and maintain.
3. The core components of the reverse osmosis system are the CNP
pump and the Vontron reverse osmosis membrane.
4. The pure water tank is automatically opened when the water level
is low, and the original water tank is automatically closed when
the water level is high.
5. The system will automatically flush the reverse osmosis membrane
for about 90s, reducing the membrane fouling speed.
6. Water shortage protection and low pressure protection switch of
water pump.
7. The conductivity monitor will continuously detect the water
quality online and display the data.
8. The whole system adopts water flow meter, pressure gauge,
solenoid valve, regulating control valve and control panel.
9. The reverse osmosis controller makes the whole reverse osmosis
system run automatically.
10. Easy to control and maintain.
Application fields of RO Water Treatment System
1. Purification of purified water, distilled water, food and
beverage water.
2. Preparation of pure water and ultrapure water in electronics,
medicine, food and other industries.
3. Process engineering for separation, concentration and liquid
decolorization in light textile, chemical, food and other
industries.
4. Desalination of sea water and brackish water

FAQ:
1. What are the inlet water quality requirements for ro water treatment system membrane components?
Items | NTU | SDI | Residual chlorine(mg/L) | Fe2+(mg/L) | TOC(mg/L) |
Limits | ≤1 | ≤5 | ≤4 | ≤3 |
2. What is the material of ro water treatment system membrane?
Acetate membrane (CA) : mainly because of its resistance to chlorine, so it is still durable. But its suitable pH range is small, easy hydrolysis
Aromatic polyamide membrane (PA) : water almost can not have chlorine, only through a variety of pretreatment chlorine.
3. RO water treatment system configuration:
First-stage multi-stage process: if the recovery rate is not achieved in the first stage (50-65% in the first stage and 65-75% in the second stage), the multi-stage tandem filtration can be used. The effective cross-sectional area of each segment decreases. 2:2 and 2:3 and 4:2:1
Multi-stage process: when the first stage process cannot meet the effluent quality requirements (the first stage is generally ≤20μs/cm), the product water of the first stage process is sent to another reverse osmosis unit.
The arrangement of membrane components can be divided into series and parallel.
