60TPH Pure Water Treatment Plant RO Water Purification System
Product introduction of RO Water Treatment System
The reverse osmosis water purification system uses membrane
separation technology to remove charged ions, inorganic substances,
colloidal particles, bacteria and organic substances in water. One-time removal of more than 98% of ions, organic matter and 100%
of microorganisms in raw water, as well as a variety of dissolved
and suspended chemical substances and biological substances (mainly
bacteria) in water, and to asbestos, a variety of chemical
substances that produce taste, color and odor, Particulate, total
dissolved solids, turbidity and radium are also effective for
industrial processes and drinking water production.
Components and Principles of RO Water Treatment System
The reverse osmosis system includes high pressure pump, reverse
osmosis membrane element, pressure vessel (membrane shell),
cleaning system and control instrument; the principle of reverse
osmosis water treatment system is: when a pressure greater than
osmotic pressure is applied on the brine side of the membrane, the
water The direction of flow will be reversed, and the water in the
brine will flow into the fresh water side, a phenomenon called
reverse osmosis.

Application fields of RO Water Treatment System
1. Water for food and beverage industries
Beverages, dairy, brewing, preparation water, low-level blending
water, pure draft beer filtration
2. Bottled and bottled drinking water
Drinking pure water, natural water, mineral water, mineralized
water
3. Family and group water purification equipment
High-quality water supply network systems and swimming pool water
purification equipment for buildings, communities, hotels,
airports, real estate properties
Features of RO Water Treatment System
(1) The reaction rate is fast and the processing time is short.
(2) It has a wide range of applications, and has a good treatment
effect on refractory organic compounds containing azo, carbon
double bonds, nitro, and halogenated structures.
(3) The process is simple, the service life is long, the operating
cost is low, the operation and maintenance are convenient, and the
treatment effect is stable.
(4) The removal rate of chromaticity and COD is high, and the
biodegradability of RO concentrated water is improved.
Process flow of RO Water Treatment System
Original water pump → mechanical filter (quartz sand filter)→
activated carbon filter → sodium ion exchanger (water softener)→
security filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis → ozone
sterilizer (ultraviolet sterilizer)

FAQ:
1. What are the inlet water quality requirements for ro water
treatment system membrane components?
| NTU | SDI | Residual chlorine(mg/L) | Fe2+(mg/L) | TOC(mg/L) |
Limits | ≤1 | ≤5 | ≤4 | ≤3 |
2. What is the material of ro water treatment system membrane?
Acetate membrane (CA) : mainly because of its resistance to
chlorine, so it is still durable. But its suitable pH range is
small, easy hydrolysis
Aromatic polyamide membrane (PA) : water almost can not have
chlorine, only through a variety of pretreatment chlorine.
3. RO water treatment system configuration:
First-stage multi-stage process: if the recovery rate is not
achieved in the first stage (50-65% in the first stage and 65-75%
in the second stage), the multi-stage tandem filtration can be
used. The effective cross-sectional area of each segment decreases.
2:2 and 2:3 and 4:2:1
Multi-stage process: when the first stage process cannot meet the
effluent quality requirements (the first stage is generally
≤20μs/cm), the product water of the first stage process is sent to
another reverse osmosis unit.
The arrangement of membrane components can be divided into series
and parallel.
