The reverse osmosis sewage purification equipment server is mainly
composed of a multi-media filter, a high-pressure pump, a reverse
osmosis membrane, and various controls and digital display
instruments.
Multi-media filter: The multi-media filter is the last line of
maintenance before the source water enters the membrane. It is
capable of properly removing pre-solvent spilled chemicals greater
than 5 µm. The main purpose is to prevent floating particles from
entering the reverse osmosis membrane components, accumulating on
the surface of the membrane and polluting the membrane components.
a. High-pressure pump: provide the required working pressure for
reverse osmosis, and ensure the separation of the organic solvent
and the concentration of the substance. High pressure pump is one
of the core components of reverse osmosis equipment.
b. Reverse osmosis membrane group: The reverse osmosis membrane
group is composed of aggregated fibers with a well-ordered drainage
matrix structure. Its diameter is 1-10 angstroms, that is, one ten
billionth of a meter to one billionth of a meter (equivalent to one
six thousandth of the size of Escherichia coli and one three
thousandth of a virus infection). The separation characteristics of
the reverse osmosis membrane can effectively remove the residues
such as molten salts, colloidal solutions, organic compounds, heavy
metals exceeding the standard, and chlorine disinfection, such as
trihalomethane gas chemical intermediates, germs, and microbial
strains in organic solvents.
c. Reverse osmosis membrane shell: It is used to accommodate
reverse osmosis membrane components, bear pressure and form a
high-pressure environment for reverse osmosis operation.
d. Steam flowmeter: The pure water steam flowmeter and concentrated
water flowmeter can accurately measure the total flow of RO pure
water, concentrated water and time respectively.
e. Barometer: Accurately measure the pressure in various places of
the reverse osmosis equipment.
f. Concentrated water control valve: used to adjust the operating
pressure of RO equipment, the proportion of pure water and
concentrated water, and the output of pure water.
g. Conductivity meter: detect the conductivity of pure water
produced by reverse osmosis.
h. Low-voltage switch: Prevent the RO high-pressure pump from
working at high speed or working at low voltage beyond the limit.
e. Water level controller: automatically shut down or run the
reverse osmosis equipment through the liquid level gauges of the
source water tank and pure water tank.
i. Electronic control system: including instrumentation equipment
such as conductivity meter and control system, it is the monitoring
center of reverse osmosis equipment.
