Product Introduction of RO Water Treatment System

The Basic Working Principle of RO Water Treatment System
After a special high-pressure pump, when the raw water is added to
a pressure of 6-20 kg, the raw water permeates through the reverse
osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns under the
action of pressure. Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and virions
cannot pass through, and are discharged with wastewater. Only water
molecules and solvents with a volume of less than 0.0001 microns
are allowed to pass through.

Process flow of RO Water Treatment System
Raw water pump→ mechanical filter(quartz sand filter)→ activated
carbon filter→ Water softener filter→security filter→ high pressure
pump →reverse osmosis system
1.First stage pretreatment (Sand filter)
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to
remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid
material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other
particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health. The
effluent turbidity is less than 0.5NTU, CODMN less than 1.5mg / L,
iron content of less than 0.05mg / L, SDI less than or equal to 5.

2. Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)

4. Fourth stage pretreatment (Micron filter)

particles, the pressure on this filter to remove water after the
