Q:Does not boot
A: (1)When the machine was installed, the power fuse of the machine was blown, please replace the fuse again.
(2)The power harness does not match the original car; please reconnect the wiring according to the output circuit diagram on the machine
(3)The machine is faulty; please contact us for replacement or remote repair.
Q:Cannot access the main interface after booting
A: The software of the machine is missing, contact us to update the software
Q:No touch
A: When installing, press the face frame of the machine too much, which will cause screen pressure; reinstall.
Q:Touching the offset screen is inaccurate.
A: There is a problem with the touch screen, please contact us to send the software to correct the touch screen.
Q:No signal received during navigation, not in place
A: (1)Check if the GPS antenna is opposite to the TV antenna; reinstall it to solve the problem.
(2)The star port and port filter of the map are not correct; change the star port and port filter of the map again.
(3)The GPS antenna is damaged; replace the GPS satellite antenna.
(4)The machine itself is faulty. Use a multimeter to measure whether there is 3.3 volts at the GPS output terminal. If not, please contact us. We have a professional engineer to help you solve the problem.
Q:Do not read USB
A: (1)Check whether the U disk is damaged; replace it with a new one.
(2)Detect if the mobile phone cable is in poor contact, and replace the data cable.
(3)Not read in the corresponding function.
(4)The USB interface is damaged, please contact us for replacement.
