2. Continuous welding: Continuously weld two outer longitudinal

Adjust the left stopper according to the center distance of the
radiator, cut off the margin on both sides with the left side of
the semi-circular hole, and the centers of the two sides are
symmetrical and reach

3mm, and the edges are free of openings, burrs, bumps and uncut
parts.
Fourth, the radiator cutting process rules
Adjust the dragon block according to the center distance of the
heat sink, and use the semi-circular hole to cut off the end
allowance at the leaking position to ensure that the difference
between the two diagonal lines does not exceed 3mm, the length difference between the two sides does not exceed
3mm.
Five, the leakage process rules of the radiator microcontroller
Adjust the sealing block according to the center distance of the
heat sink, seal the two semicircular holes of the heat sink, and
pass 0.1lmpa-
The compressed air of 0.16mpa should be kept without leakage for
the 30s. (Pick out the heat sink with leakage and bulge, after
repair welding, it should be flat and no sawtooth phenomenon, and
re-check whether there is leakage.
six. Heatsink Assembly Process Rules
1. Put the assembly platform in place, adjust the center distance
of the tires, so the diagonal length meets the requirements, and
fasten with the pressure plate bolts. the tire according to
different plate widths, select the appropriate pad, and the
distance between the pad and the end of the heat sink is no more
than 20mm.
2. Use a carbon dioxide welding machine to fix the left inner
semicircular tube, and install the radiator from the top, so that
the partial holes are aligned with the inner semicircular holes.
Adjust the longitudinal length so that the insertion length of both
ends is uniform, and the carbon dioxide solder joints are fixed.
