Continuous Emission Monitoring System for SO2 NOX in Flue Gas Emissions CEMS
Product Introduction
The CEMS 1200 system equipment consists of a gaseous pollutant monitoring sub-system, a particulate matter monitoring sub-system, a flue gas parameter monitoring sub-system and a data acquisition and processing sub-system, which can continuously monitor a number of relevant parameters such as SO, NOx, O2, CO, CO2, HCI, soot (particulate matter) concentration, flue gas flow rate, flue gas pressure, flue gas humidity and statistical emission rates and total emissions.

Product Performance
1. Pulsed xenon lamp light source with a service life of 10 years.
2. High reliability due to the use of grating spectroscopy and
array sensors with no moving parts.
3. Dust detector with integrated design, compact and reliable.
4. The use of the hot-wet method (temperature can be set between 120°C and 200°C) for SO2 and NOx measurement, avoiding inaccurate measurement due to SO2 absorption by condensate and corrosion of the instrument by the sulphite formed.
5. SO2, NOx gas analysis using differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), effectively solve the impact of water, dust and other factors on the measurement accuracy.
Industry Application
Steel plants, cement plants, chemical plants, etc.
