Product Overview

The test product is placed in an outdoor open space for IPX3-4 level spray testing. IPX3 or IPX4 testing can be selected according to the actual situation of the product. The equipment is divided into an overall combination (control, water tank, water pump and lifting structure), all assembled in on movable devices, water pipes and power supply cords will be dragged behind the movable device during testing. The mobile rack is equipped with two pcs sprinkler heads, and each sprinkler head is equipped with a valve control. The distance between the nozzle and the sample is manually moved and the spray rack is manually pushed forward. The spray frame can move up and down, and the height of the up and down movable distance is 400-3000mm (the maximum spray height is 2700mm). The spray angle is adjustable (0-±45°). The flow rate of water spray is adjusted by the valve (manual adjustment) and displayed by the electromagnetic flowmeter. During testing (test time, up and down running speed, up and down running speed, spray angle) can be set on the touch screen.
