Maintenance And Repair Of Precision Filter
1. The main component of the precision filter is the filter
element, which is a vulnerable part and needs more protection.
2. When the precision filter works for a long time, it will
intercept impurities, and the working speed will decrease, so it
should be cleaned frequently, and the filter element should be
cleaned at the same time.
3. During the cleaning process, pay attention to the cleaning of
the filter element, and do not deform or damage it, otherwise the
filtration accuracy will decrease and the production requirements
will not be met.
4. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it
should be replaced immediately.
5. Certain precision filter elements cannot be used repeatedly,
such as bag filter elements, polypropylene filter elements, etc.

Principle Of The Device
XGRF type rotary precision filter is a filter device for removing
suspended solids. The device consists of the main body module of
the equipment, the core filter module, the backwash system, the
drive system, and the automatic control system. The drum is
equipped with a filter screen that can be easily disassembled.
The equipment is continuous filtration, and there is an automatic
on-off switch inside the equipment. When water enters the drum, the
liquid level sensor will send a signal, start the deceleration
drive system to drive the drum to rotate, and start the backwash
pump at the same time. Sewage flows into the hollow drum, and there
is a high-strength stainless steel filter screen on the drum. The
sewage flows out from the inside of the filter screen to the
outside, and the suspended matter in the sewage water is trapped on
the inside of the filter screen. The flushing water flushes the
filter screen from the outside to the inside through the nozzle
located at the top of the drum, and the washed fine particulate
matter is collected by the backwash water collection tank inside
the equipment and discharged from the equipment through the sewage
pipe. When no water passes through the device, the device will
automatically stop.
