The wood crusher has mobile operation mode and fixed operation mode, which are flexible and changeable to meet the needs of different users. The advantage of the mobile biomass integrated crusher is that it can move at any time, and the power configuration is driven by the original motor instead of diesel engine, which is more flexible and convenient.

Wood Crusher is mainly used to crush large-diameter wood materials, such aswood trees ,wood logs , stumps, roots, trunks, various branches and other wood materials. It can also be used to crush packaged straw.

This Wood Crusher is widely used in the pretreatment stage of biomass pellet processing plants, waste template processing plants, bamboo plywood processing plants, wood-based panel plants, composite board plants, power plant boiler raw material combustion, etc., as well as individual wood processing plants.

The operation principle of the wood pallet crusher also drives the rotor to run at a high speed under the link of the three-belt through the supporting power to crush the materials. The rotor disc of this machine is divided into two parts.
One is hammer type, and the other is blade type. The hammer type rotor is suitable for crushing pallets, building templates, these plate materials with a small number of nails, blade rotationThe sub is suitable for broken branches, sticks and some rounds with larger diameters.
