1. Product Features
Compact cold box to reduced occupied space;

Lower column of convection and sieve tray type with large effective flowing area and excellent rectification function;

Upper column of structural packing type with low resistance to reduce the discharge pressure of the air compressor thus to decrease power consumption;

Main heat exchanger fabricated by vacuum brazing with big section area and aluminum plate-fin type;

Cryogenic valve for the cold box is of aluminum welded structure to reduce the possibility of external leakage;

Stress analysis with the NASTRAN ANALYSIS software for the piping in the cold box. The arrangement of piping inside the cold box is of self- compensation type and the columns and piping are made of aluminum alloy.

Crogenic air separation plant employs molecular sieve adsorption, booster turbo-expander, structural packing column (upper column, lower column). The whole plant includes: air compression system, air pre-cooling system, molecular sieve purification system, booster turbo-expander system, cold box system, liquid storage system and instrument & electric control system etc.
