FOCUS 3200 Triplex Wire Multi-Cylinder Paper Machine Paper Making Machine

This machine is used for making 150-180g/m2 paper. It adopts air-cushioned headbox. The forming part adopts the form of three fourdrinier nets. The press part adopts one vacuum suction, one vacuum press and two blind hole presses. The press part adopts hydraulic pressure and Pneumatic pressurization system, the drying section adopts a drying cylinder with good ventilation performance directly connected to the frame, and the paper machine adopts a closed hood and a fully digitally controlled AC variable frequency sub-transmission scheme.

Air-cushioned headbox—three fourdrinier wire section (screening 23+10+7m)—a vacuum suction (φ650)—a vacuum press (φ900)—blind hole roll press (φ1350) — 44 sets of φ1800 drying cylinders. The arrangement form is: {(8φ1800 dryer)+(10φ1800 dryer)+(10φ1800 dryer)—Glue machine—(8φ1800 dryer) + (8φ1800 dryer)+calender— B/M meter (pre- Leave a place)-library-style paper reel. (Including three rolls of paper shelf)
