Main process flow:
1.Laser Cutting
- Minimal heat affected zone: laser and material interaction time is
short
- Surface finish: The edge of the cut is smooth without mechanical
stress, and the roughness is extreme. It can be directly used for
assembly or welding, eliminating the secondary grinding process.
- Universal cutting: can process high hardness, high brittleness
(high melting point) materials, breaking through the limitations of
traditional mechanical tools
2. Welding
- Metallurgical bonding between materials is achieved through molten
metal, and the strength of the joint formed is usually close to or
equal to the base material, especially suitable for parts under
high loads or dynamic stresses
- Welding can be adapted to a variety of metal materials (such as
carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.), and achieve
reliable connection of dissimilar metals
- Welding processes (especially automated welding in conjunction with
CNC systems) can quickly complete the splicing of large or complex
components, reducing the number of parts and machining, reducing
material waste and assembly time.
3. Powder coating process
- Wear-resistant properties: Powder coating on stainless steel SS304

use and extend the service life of stainless steel
products;corrosion resistance enables it to form a protective
barrier in humid, acid-alkali and other complex environments to
avoid oxidation rust;
