UV CIPP curing trenchless repair:

UV curing uses UV light as the curing medium. The resin contains a photoinitiator. When irradiated by UV light of a specific wavelength, the resin will produce a curing reaction to form a new high-strength lined pipe. The installation method is mainly pull-in type, which is applicable to drainage pipes of various shapes with a pipe diameter of 150mm~1600mm. During construction, the windlass is used to pull the glass fiber inner liner filled with resin into the existing pipeline, and the inner liner is "blown" by a large flow fan, and then clings to the inner wall of the existing pipeline. After solidification, the pipeline can not rely on the original pipeline, and can independently bear internal and external pressure. The repaired new pipe will not affect the water flow section, and the normal service life is more than 50 years.
