TYKK series high-voltage ultra-high-efficiency three-phase
permanent magnet synchronous motor (6kV center height 355-1000)
The efficiency index of this series of products reaches the Grade 1
standard of GB 30254-2013 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy
Efficiency Grades of High-Voltage Three-Phase Scratch Induction
Motors".
The basic series of this series of products are TYKK air-to-air
cooling, protection class IP54, F-class insulation, and S1 working
system. According to user needs, products with other protection
levels and cooling methods can be provided.
This series of products has a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated
voltage of 6kV. It has self-starting capability and can also be
started with frequency conversion. After frequency conversion, it
can realize grid-connected switching.
In the range of 25%-120% load, this series of products have higher
efficiency and wider economical operation range than asynchronous
motors of the same specification, and have significant
energy-saving effects. The temperature rise of the motor is low,
under the rated load, the temperature rise of the motor is 40-60K.
This series of products can completely replace the Y, YKK, YKS
series of high-voltage asynchronous motors, and can also increase
the power density according to user needs, and carry out the design
of the frame size.
This series of products are widely used in electric power, water
source treatment, petroleum, chemical, building materials,
metallurgy, mining and other industries to drive various production
machinery.
