I. Overview
1. Z2 series small DC motors are standard series of small DC motors issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China JB1104-68. It has the advantages of reliable performance and low price, and is still widely used in printing and dyeing machinery, packaging machinery, plastic machinery and other industries.

2. Z2 series small DC motors are divided into 11 frame sizes, and each frame size has two core lengths. There are three types of DC motors, DC generators and DC voltage regulating generators, which are suitable for normal working environment. The motor is used for general transmission, the generator is used as a general DC power supply, and the voltage regulating generator is used as a battery pack.

3. Excitation mode: The motor is shunt or other excitation with a small amount of stable windings.
The generator is a complex excitation or other excitation magnetic (generator with a rated voltage of 230 volts); the voltage regulating generator is a parallel excitation magnetic (without series excitation winding).
The other excitation magnetic voltage of the motor is made of 110 volts or 220 volts.
The rated voltage of the motor is 110 volts, and there is only one separately excited voltage of 110 volts.

4. The motor can be driven by V-belt, spur gear or elastic coupling, and the motor bearing is not used for axial thrust.

5. Z2 series motors can be made into humid tropical (TH) DC motors with moisture-proof, mildew-proof and smoke-proof properties for use in humid tropical areas according to the requirements of use, which should be agreed separately.
Z2 series 2-11# can also be made into a derivative mechanism of ZYS-A tachometer.

6. The basic series of Z2 series motors are self-ventilated motors. When the applied armature voltage is lowered to reduce the speed, the torque will decrease correspondingly with the decrease of the speed.

7. Z2 series 6-11 motors can also be made into an external blower structure type, and the blower is installed above the end cover of the shaft extension end.

8. Z2 series motors are small DC motors for general industrial use. The motors are suitable for electric drive with a constant power speed regulation range of not more than 2:1 and an overload capacity of not more than 1.5 times the rated torque. It can be used in metal cutting machine tools, paper making, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement and other industries. The generator can be used as power supply, lighting or other constant voltage power supply.

Second, the structure and installation type
1. The motor is a one-way circular shaft extension, according to user requirements. Can be made into biaxial extension. Frame No. 1-6 motors can transmit rated torque according to the 4th transmission mode of the overview, while No. 7-11 frame, the shaft extension of the commutator end is driven by a coupling, which can transmit rated torque, and uses a triangular The belt-type spur gear drive can only transmit 50% of the rated torque.
2. The position of the outlet box of the horizontal motor, viewed from the shaft extension end, is on the left side of the machine base. According to user requirements, the position of the outlet box can be made on the right side of the machine base, but it must be specified when ordering.
3. Z2 series DC motors can work normally in forward or reverse rotation.
4. The rotation direction of Z2 series generators and voltage regulating generators is regarded as counterclockwise from the shaft extension end. According to the requirements of use, it can also be made into clockwise rotation generators or voltage regulating generators, but it should be noted when ordering. bright.
5. Z2 series generators and voltage regulating generators can be supplied as a complete set of generator sets matched with Y series three-phase asynchronous motors according to the order requirements.
6. The rated power of the voltage regulating generator is the power at the average voltage (135 volts for 110/160 volts, and 270 volts for 220/320 volts). When the voltage is higher than the average voltage, its output power is not greater than the rated power. Power, when the voltage is lower than the average voltage, its output current is not greater than the rated current.
7. The DC generator or the DC voltage regulating generator is only one type of horizontal type with feet on the base.
3. Model description
Z means "direct" flow, 2 means the second national finalized design, the number after the horizontal line means the frame number and the length of the iron core. In -112, 11 represents the 11th frame, and 2 represents the long iron core.
4. Product performance
1. The armature voltage of the basic series of DC motors is 1110V; there are two types of 220V, and the rated speed is 3000r/min, 1500r/min, 1000r/min, 750r/min, and 600r/min.
2. The rated voltage of the basic series of DC generators is 115V and 230V, and the rated speed is 2850r/min, 1450r/min; nfn960r/min, a total of 3 types.
3. The rated voltage of the basic series of DC generators is 110V/160V and 220V/320V, and the rated speed is 2850r/min and 1450r/min.
4. In addition to the above three basic series motors, the armature voltage is 180V, the technical data is shown in Table 6, and the armature voltage is 440V.
5. In addition to the data listed above, any motor of any specification can be derived into other levels of voltage (but not exceeding the maximum voltage allowed by the specification) and corresponding power and speed, but should be negotiated separately.
