TMW 500-36/2600 10KV Brushless Synchronous Motor
TDMK (TMW) series mining large-scale AC three-phase synchronous
motors comply with national standards such as JB/T1473-2000
"Technical Conditions for Mining Large-scale Three-phase AC
Synchronous Motors". This series of motors adopts steel plate
welded structure, and the ventilation method is open natural
ventilation, and can also be made into a fully enclosed air duct
ventilation method. The motor and mill are connected by a coupling,
and the coupling only bears torque, not axial and radial forces. It
is recommended to use a pneumatic clutch coupling, which is good
for starting under heavy load. Pedestal sliding bearings generally
adopt an oil ring structure or a compound lubrication (thin oil
station) structure, depending on the specific structure and load.
The seat bearing is installed on the base plate with an insulating
backing plate in the middle to prevent shaft current from being
generated.
This series of products are widely used in the transmission of mine
ball mills, rod mills, coal mills, etc.

The motor is horizontal.
Cylindrical shaft extension, other forms of drawing (without key)
are optional.
Plate welding base, optional box type base.
Adopt sliding bearing (end cover type or seat type), compound
lubrication (or compound lubrication + high pressure oil top).
The slip ring is located outside the bearing at the non-shaft
extension end, and there is an encoder installation position at the
end of the rotating shaft. The slip ring cover is fixed to the end
cover.
Viewed from the shaft extension end, the main junction box, the
measuring junction box, and the heater wiring are located on the
right side of the machine base (or the left side according to user
requirements).
An air-water cooler with a cooling fan is installed on the top (or
side) of the box-type frame.
With mounting bottom plate and anchor bolts, optional with mounting
bottom plate and anchor bolts, the order contract needs special
instructions.
