Cylindrical Battery Automatic Sticking Machine is a specially
designed device for preventing short circuit of nickel sheet caused by
shrinkage of PVC sleeve film on the positive electrode surface after high
temperature of battery. It is equipped with a whole roll of insulating
centrifugal paper punching die and automatically sticks to the positive
electrode of battery by mechanical precise positioning.

According to the interval distance set on PLC software, the equipment
sends the batteries to the designated position in sequence. The system can
realize automatic punching and bonding, and is provided with an overpressure
prevention mechanism

Product Features

18650 Battery Auto Sticker is a device specially developed for pasting
insulating paper on the positive electrode of battery. Compared with manual
operation, the bonding efficiency and bonding accuracy are greatly improved,
and the material cost is saved. The equipment design is simple, the operation
and debugging are clear at a glance, the human-machine interface language
is simple, and the equipment can be used through simple training without
excessive debugging.

Cylindrical Battery sticker machines with different specifications.

According to the set program, the machine will automatically feed the
pasted battery into the material tank and can seamlessly connect the battery
voltage internal resistance sorting equipment. The machine will run
automatically without human intervention until the stop key is pressed and
the machine stops working.

Functional description

8 With a display touch screen, faults are displayed on the screen in real time;
9 Efficiency evaluation:
The machine can paste 3 batteries at the same time every time it works, which
takes 1.8 seconds. About 100 batteries can be pasted per minute.
