Precautions For Use
1, the resistance of the potentiometer is mostly made of
polycarbonate synthetic resin, should avoid contact with the
following items: ammonia, other amines, alkali solution, aromatic
hydrocarbons, ketones, fatty hydrocarbons, strong chemicals (pH is
too high), otherwise it will affect its performance.
2, potentiometer terminals should avoid the use of water capacity
flux when welding, otherwise it will encourage metal oxidation and
material mildew; Avoid using poor quality flux, poor solder may
cause tin difficulty, resulting in poor contact or circuit breaker.
3. The potentiometer terminal may be damaged if the welding
temperature is too high or the welding time is too long. Plug
terminal welding should be at 235℃±5℃, within 3 seconds, welding
should be more than 1.5MM from the potentiometer body, welding do
not use solder flow through the circuit board; Wire terminal
welding should be completed within 3 seconds at 350℃±10℃. And the
terminal should avoid heavy weight, otherwise easy to cause poor
contact.
