When an emergency stops the machine, the speed signal of each cage will be transmitted to PLC by the sensor. PLC will make calculations automatically and provide different brake forces to each cage by proportional valve accordingly. Then the different cages will stop synchronizing.

The convert control system to guarantee loading successfully at one time:

Electrical Control System:

The precision of lay length is less than 3% when emergency stop and less than 1% when normal stop of the line (Profibus communication control).
