Function & Characteristics:
- The appliance and the computer software of the machine are from
international brands, and the quality is reliable. Equipped with a
man-machine interface and touch screens, it is easy to place and
change the order faster. (one-click order change system, no need to
store the orders; simple and easy operation)
- The wall panels and significant components of the machine are aging
treatment and tempering to relieve the internal stress of the
metal. Made by a high-precision machining center, the thickness of
the wall panel is 60mm.
- All the axis and rollers are made of high-quality steel, which has
been Grinding finish and balance correction, the surface with hard
chrome plating.
- All the driven gears are made of 20CrMnTi steel, which is ground.
And the thickness is 60mm.
- The driven part (the joints between the axis and gears) is the
keyless connection to eliminate the clearance. It is suitable for
high-speed operation with low noise.
- The drive bearing and related components are from international
brands with long service life. And the printing cylinder can be
lateral displacement by electricity.
- The main motor is controlled by a frequency conversion system,
which can start and run more smoothly and energy saving.

which can adjust the air volume according to the feeding size of
the paper.
- Paper feeding section
1>Lead-edge feeding system
- The lead-edge feeder is to increase the accuracy of feeding by
increasing the air volume;
- Adopts the subsection mode to adjust the airflow and the size of
the pressed cardboard.
- Positioning by the front baffle to decrease the feeding error and
increase the precision of feeding, printing, and die-cutting;
- The lateral movement of the baffles makes the cardboard flat,
controlled by a motor;
- The rear bracket of the cardboard moved back and forth, controlled
by a motor;
- The clearance between the cardboard and front baffle can be
adjusted manually;
- With skip-feeding and serial feeding functions to be selected
(according to the requirement of the customer)
2>Upper and lower feeding roller
- The surface of the upper feeding roller is covered with the
wear-resistant nitrile butadiene rubber to correct the balance;
- The surface of the lower feeding roller is embossed with hard
chrome plating;
- The pressure roller adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the
clearance, and the adjusting range is 0-11mm;
- The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts Oldham
coupling to decrease the attrition and balance the transmission.
3>Machine Separation & Combination
- Equipping with an alert alarm to ensure the safety of the operator,
when the machine is separated or combined;
- The frictional clutch on the propel driving shaft avoids damaging
the machine by misoperation;
- Equipped with a protective device to start the host (avoiding
starting and running the host without locking the machine);
- The paper feeding unit autozero by electrodynamic mode;
- With the auto zeroing device, standard cardboard only takes 1 or 2
pieces for testing and be adjusted to the right position, which
reduces the waste.
- Printing section
1>Plate cylinder
- Made of high-quality steel, which the surface ground and hard
chrome plating;
- Dynamic balance correction to ensure the stability of operation;
- Hanging the printing plate on the cylinder. The side-to-side
locking device to ensure the counterpoint of the printing plate is
more accurately;
- The printing plate with the hooked slot, which is suitable for the
plate with 9 mm thickness of convex edges;
- Electric control the forward or backward rotation of the pedal
switch to Load and unload the printing plate;
2>Printing pressure roller
- Made of high-quality steel, which the surface ground and hard
chrome plating;
- Dynamic balance correction to ensure the stability of operation;
- Adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance between the
printing pressure rollers, and the adjusting range is 0-12 mm;
3>Metallic anilox roll
- The mesh count of the anilox is designed by the requirement of the
customer (selected Ceramic anilox roller when it is more than 250
μm)
- With an advanced chrome-plating process, the surface of the steel
is hard, smooth and wear-resistant;
- The anilox cell is of the same size, which makes the ink evenly;
- Prolongs the service life of the printing plate and the rubber
roller;
- Adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance, the
adjusting range is 0- 8mm;
4>Rubber roller
- The rubber roller is to distribute the ink, which is wrapped with
wear-resistant rubber. and it is parabolic in shape, in which the
middle part is higher to compensate for force deformation making
ink distribution evenly.
- Made of NBR rubber, the degree of Shore hardness is over 60 HA. The
rubber roller with specially polished, which shows excellent
performance on ink distribution. When the host stop running, the
rubber roll will continue to distribute the ink evenly, driven by a
motor-generator;
- Adopts a self-lock mechanism to adjust the clearance, the adjusting
range is 0- 8mm.
5>Phase adjustment mechanism
- Made with the structure of Planetary gear trains;
- The printed phase can be adjusted to 360 degrees during operation
and halt. Digitally Controlled by a computer;
- The lateral movement of the printing cylinder is controlled by
electricity, the adjusting range is ±5mm;
The phase adjustment of the plate cylinder is controlled by
electricity, which the speed of returning to zero and adjusting
plates is faster with higher precision.
6>Guide roller
- The guide roller on the bottom is hard chrome plating
- Adopts a self-locking mechanism to adjust the clearance, the
adjusting range is 0-11mm.
7>Ink circulation system
- The pneumatic diaphragm pump makes the ink supply stable and easy
to maintain;
- Filter mesh to catch the impurities, and guarantee printing
quality;
- The ink monitor system gives an alert when the volume of the ink is
lacking.
8>Printing phase fixture adopts the Pneumatic brake mechanism
- The Pneumatic brake mechanism limits the transmission of the gears
to hold them in the original position when the unit is separated to
adjust the phase or clean.
- Slotting section
- With the pre-pressure wheels, the creasing cardboard is not easy to
fracture;
- The diameters of the upper and bottom blade shaft are 176mm and
156mm, and the thickness of the pipe wall is 25mm;
- The diameters of the upper and bottom Partial pressure roller are
110mm, and the thickness of the pipe wall is 25mm;
- Single-axis double-blades slotter adopts PLC and digital way to
adjust the box height control by touch screen;
- The adjustment of slotting phase adopts PLC and digital way to 360
degrees, which can be adjusted during operation and halt.
- The blade holder of slotting and the lateral movement of the
creasing wheels are adjusted by electricity synchronously; By
inputting the size of the box from the touch screen of the PLC;
- The cutter head of slotting adopts five blades with ten ball screws
to adjust the position of the linear guide rail, redirector, and
coupling to connect the upper and bottom tool aprons, ensuring the
precision of adjusting the size of the cardboards, the error is 0;
- The thickness of the cutter head is 185mm to ensure the stability
and smoothness of the movement on adjusting;
- The slotting cutter head is designed in a staggered form structure,
which can shrink the length and width of slotting. The normal blade
is 120*120*120*120, the reverse blade is 190*50*190*50(mm);
- The adjustment for the clearance of the creasing lines adopts a
self-locking mechanism, the adjusting range is 0-12mm;
- The adjustment for the box height and lateral movement between two
grooving blades are equipped with the collision-avoidance
protective device;
- The grooving blades are made of alloy with a width of 7 mm, been
tempering, ground with the serrated edge; double disk type trimming
blades with sharp edges.
- Stacking section
- Auto paster
- Manual and automatic operating modes are optional;
- The tension of the driven belts can be adjusted separately without
being limited by the length of the belts.
- The stacking speed can be adjusted at random in a certain range.
2>Lifting Platform
- Powerful chain transmission
- The stacking height is 1600mm;
- The drive motor of the lifting platform with a brake function keeps
the platform in a certain position without sliding down.
3>paper receiving baffle
- Air pressure act on the paper receiving pallet, when the stacking
height goes to a certain position, the pallet will stretch and
catch the paper.
- The position of the backplate can be adjusted manually;
- The wrinkled belts avoid the paper from sliding down.
