Machine composition and operation principle

1. The automatic gluing machine consists of three parts: paper feeding and gluing part, line pressing and folding part, and correction and counting output part.

2. This machine is made of high-quality steel by welding, careful processing and assembly.

3. Belt leading edge suction paper feeding, accurate and fast.

4. Automatic glue supply with circulating glue, and constantly supply of glue, no need to add the glue manually, which saves time and effort .

5. It is equipped with stainless steel glue-coated wheel which is corrosion resistance, wear resistance and uniform glue-coated, glue saving, its usage amount of glue is about one third of the amount of manually glue.

6. The folding part is equipped with adjustable multi-channel pressing wheel group, which makes the folding of cartons more smooth and the bonding more beautiful and accurate.

7. Stacking correction of counting carton, safe and stable output, accurate and error free, digital control, simple operation, input order without shutdown.

8.The whole machine adopts synchronous belt drive, which greatly reduces working noise.
