Wagon Wheel Axle Assembly Train Wheelset 860 mm 13 Tons Axle Load

This 860mm Wheel set (2 wheels and 1 axle assembly) is used for 13t axle load railway freight wagon on 1067mm railroad.
The inner side distance of the wheel set is 990mm, the wheel thread diameter is 860mm, the rim width is 135mm and the rim thickness is 50mm. It adopts worn tread and S-shaped wed. The wheels are manufactured by rolling forging and the manufacture and inspection comply with AAR M-107 standard.
The axle journal meets the assembly dimension requirements of C-type rolling bearing, the diameter of wheel seat is 165mm, and it adopt conical shaft structure. The axle manufacturing and inspection comply with the requirements of class F axle in AAR M-101 standard.
It adopts FAG 5’’*9’’ C type rolling bearing assembly, whose service life is 800,000km.
