Brief introduction:
We can supply control consoles of various shapes and sizes as per
customer's request and drawing for high-speed train, light rail,
urban rail, metro or locomotive.
The driver's console is mainly composed of a fiberglass table top
and an aluminum alloy body structure. The table top material is 6mm
thick molded fiberglass (FRP). Fiberglass is a laminate material
consisting of a coated surface, fiberglass reinforcement and a
layer of polyester resin. This glass fiber is acid and alkali
resistant and suitable for appropriate washing solutions.The
fiberglass table top also has good properties such as compressive
strength, tensile strength, water resistance, acid and alkali
resistance, and wear resistance. We can design different types of
pavement according to your specific trains and requirements.
The main body of the driver's console cabinet frame is made of
6063-T5 aluminum alloy extrusions, and the connecting part is made
of 5083-O aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy material has undergone
anodizing treatment, which will not deform after welding, and has
sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, flatness and
verticality, which can effectively support the countertop.
The cabinets can be divided into three types: left cabinet, central
cabinet and right cabinet.The side panels and door panels have good
flatness and aesthetic quality. Each door is fixed, can be rotated
flexibly, and the natural spaces are unified and beautiful.
The driver console we produce has the following characteristics:
1. It can meet the requirements of complex streamline surface modeling and coloring;
2. It has high strength and reserves installation interfaces for various instruments and equipment to meet the installation requirements of electromechanical equipment on the console;
3. High fire resistance, meeting the safety and fire protection requirements of rail vehicles;
4. Easy installation and be harmony with the other interiors of the driver cab;
