Machine performance and characteristics

After years of technical research, Company's technology R & D department is committed to developing a servo flexible bending center with international advanced level. The bending speed is only 0.2 seconds per knife. The equipment can automatically fold up and down according to the bending process to realize the combined bending of circular arc, dead edge and various angles. It can realize a variety of bending requirements without replacing the bending tools, saving a lot of labor and mold costs for the enterprise.

The maximum processing plate size is 2000mmx1500mm, and 10 axes of X, y, C, V1, V2, Z1, Z2, W1, W2 and P are controlled.

The C-shaped pressing arm structure is adopted, and the crank connecting rod mechanism is adopted at the end to drive the pressing foot to press the plate, so as to realize the feeding mode of plate movement and rotation.

From the beginning to the completion of processing, the bending plate and rotating structure remain unchanged. The 0.01 degree resolution is to ensure high production flexibility.
