Modified atmosphere packaging machine is to package food with packaging materials with gas barrier performance. According to the customer’s demand, a certain proportion of mixed gas of oxygen + carbon dioxide + nitrogen, nitrogen + carbon dioxide and oxygen + carbon dioxide is added into the packaging to prevent the decline of food quality in physical, chemical and biological aspects, or slow down the decline of quality, so as to prolong the shelf life of food and improve food quality and price

This machine is designed two-way pneumatic tray packaging, it have one more set sealing mold than common MAP machine. We put the trays in the mold in one side and trays will be packed in the mold and out in another direction. It greatly improves the efficiency of packaging and saves labor cost.

1. Structure Material: Machine main structure material adopt food grade 304 stainless steel, which is comply with hygiene for machine used in food industry.

2. Applies “Vacuum – Gas Filling” technology. Vacuum the chamber first, then fill in gas, much better than the old-fashion gas flushing method, which guarantees gas purity, and saves gas sources.

3.Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic elements.

4.Temperature control system: higher precision temperature control system; Overheating alarm; Split type heating plate with grids, guarantees better sealing quality.

5.The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, precise alignment of film printing
