The flexible soft food packaging filling and sealing machine is mainly composed of several mechanisms for collecting and dropping cups, filling, sterilization, sealing, coding and film walking.Preheating the seal by using the heat sealing performance of plastic film, press down the mold, contact the heat seal with the film and the cup mouth, press and seal firmly, and after twice sealing, twice film cutting to automatic send cups out.

The whole machines are all 304 stainless steel for easy sanitation in wash down environments. The easy open frame allows access to check, adjust, and repair all parts of the machine. 2.The filling amount is adjusted without paragraph, precise positionning, no foam inside the cup, no leakage, liquid level control.

3.The electric eye automatically tracks and corrects the sealing position, precise alignment of film printing

4.Using famous domestic and foreign electrical appliances and components,a coding machine can be installed according to customer’s demand.

5. Temperature control system: higher precision temperature control system; Overheating alarm; Split type heating plate with grids, guarantees better sealing quality.
