Public Traffic Rail Train Bus Station Disinfection UVC Light 222nm
Urban rail transit, such as subway, light rail, tram and other
types, has the characteristics of energy saving, large
transportation capacity, safety, etc. It is a green and
environmentally friendly transportation system. With the
acceleration of urbanization in my country, the traffic pressure in
large and medium-sized cities is increasing, and the construction
of urban rail transit is developing rapidly.
However, the interior environment of urban rail transit is
relatively closed and crowded, which can easily lead to the mutual
infection of bacteria and viruses, which poses a great hidden
danger to health and safety. At present, the most effective
solution has been proved to be uniform wearing of masks by the
people in the car, and continuous and effective disinfection of the
air in the car.
At present, there are many disinfection methods used in rail
transit, mainly including disinfectants and ultraviolet rays." "In
daily use, how to properly maintain the UV lamps ? Daily
maintenance of UVLED curing machine
1. Clean the surface dust and keep the body clean.
2. When starting the uvc lamp, check whether the lamp is running
normally and whether there is any abnormal
sound. If so, immediately shut down and notify the maintenance
personnel .
3. After turning on the lights, check whether all the UV lights are
on. If any lights are not on, notify the repairman for repairs.
Scope of application and conditions
1.3.1 Ultraviolet rays can kill various microorganisms, including
bacterial propagules, spores, mycobacteria, viruses, fungi,
rickettsia and mycoplasma, etc. All surfaces, water and air
contaminated by the above microorganisms can use ultraviolet rays
disinfect.
1.3.2 Ultraviolet radiation has low energy and weak penetrating
power, and can only kill directly irradiated microorganisms.
Therefore, the disinfection site must be fully exposed to
ultraviolet rays during disinfection.
1.3.3 When using ultraviolet rays to sterilize rough surfaces such
as paper and fabric, the irradiation time should be appropriately
extended, and both sides should be irradiated.
1.3.4 The most suitable temperature range for ultraviolet
disinfection is 20-40 °C. If the temperature is too high or too
low, the disinfection effect will be affected. The disinfection
time can be appropriately extended. When used for air disinfection,
the relative humidity of the disinfection environment is lower than
80%. It is better, otherwise the irradiation time should be
extended appropriately.
1.3.5 When using ultraviolet rays to kill microorganisms protected
by organic matter, the irradiation dose should be increased.
Suspended particles in the air and water can also affect the
disinfection effect.
