Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer
Equipment characteristics
1, shock absorber adopts quenched and tempered spring, compression
performance and rebound performance are good, effectively filtering
the vibration force to the ground, to overcome the defects of
rubber shock absorber which is easy aging and short life, etc.
2, the upper bed is designed to be fixed, there is a soft
connection with the lower bed, reducing the load of vibration
motor, while reducing the strength of the upper bed.
3, a cooling section is equipped with the rear part, can quickly
cool the material, the material can be packaged directly; cold air
undergoes dehumidification first, and then heated up, reducing the
cold air humidity, to ensure that the final water content of
materials to meet the requirements, and the cold air temperature
can be set according to the specific requirements .
4, the upper bed is equipped with a number of observation goggles
and cleaning doors, easy to clean.
5, the upper bed adopts a number of stainless steel seamless steel
pipes to strengthen, improving the strength, while on strengthening
pipes there is no accumulated material.
6, the steam heater adopts seamless tube aluminum fins, and
designed to U-shape, with external shell, so that the heating tube
has room for thermal expansion and contraction, to avoid weld
cracking phenomenon of the conventional heater with fixed heat pipe
due to thermal expansion and contraction, while improving the heat
transfer efficiency.
7, adopts high efficiency long cone cyclone de-dust separator,
greatly reducing the exhaust dust, so that the material yield can
reach 98%.

Application
Industrial vibration fluidized bed dryer applicable to chemical,
pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, food, minerals and
other industries powder, granular materials, dry, cooling and other
operations.
Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium
sulfate, compound fertilizer, radish l, silk, soybean meal, lees,
seeds, slag, sugar.
Equipment working principle
Clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through distributor of
valve plate. The wet raw material fed from feeder forms the boiling
state by hot air. Because of the wide contact between hot air and
raw materials, drying time is short. The air enters from front of
bed, boiling in bed for several minutes, and discharged from other
side of bed. The machine works in negative pressure.
