This 1.3-inch TFT LCD display module is a 7-pin display screen with SPI Serial connector. This TFT display provides a semiconductor switch for each pixel, which is directly controlled by pulses. Therefore, each node is relatively independent and can be continuously controlled, which not only improves the response speed of the display, but also enables precise control. The display point size is 240 * 240, and it has two display modes: horizontal display and vertical display. The display direction can be adjusted. The working voltage of this module is 3.3V; The IC driver is ST7789 with a display area size of 23.4 * 23.4mm; TFT module size: 27.5 * 39mm.
