The main fermentation system of our company is powered by electric energy, with low equipment cost, mature technology and low failure rate, which is more guaranteed for later maintenance and operation. The working environment temperature of the fermentation bin is - 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, and the temperature in the fermentation bin can be controlled at 45 ℃ ~ 75 ℃. The constant temperature function of the equipment is realized through the thermocouple device. Under the set temperature conditions, the reaction temperature shall not exceed the predetermined range through the start and stop of the heating system and the start and stop of the ventilation equipment. The materials enter the "fermentation bin" from the "feed port" through the conveying device in the "pretreatment system", and the compound microbial agent is added from the "feed port". The two are fully mixed evenly through the "mixing system", and then the fermentation temperature of the mixed materials is controlled between 45 ℃ and 75 ℃ through the "auxiliary heating system", so as to ensure the efficient fermentation and degradation of the mixed materials. The final product is brown soil conditioner.

MXCCJ-1000 consists of a stirring system, a fermentation degradation system, a PLC automatic electronic control system, a heating system and a purification and deodorization system.

1. MXCCJ-1000 composter speed up the natual composting process to a 24hour, automatical,and energy-efficient technology.

2. The machine chamber has internal rotating arms for mechanical agitation and an oil jacket for heating.

3. MX composter use natually occuring microbes to compost organic wastein 24hours ,and achieve a reduction of 80-90%.

4. The temperature of the tank is raised to the required temperatures to eliminate harmful bacteria.

5. Vented airflow ensure aerobic digestion which prevents methane (odours) and minimises other odours associated with composting process.
