Silver Plated PAF ETFE FEP PTFE High Temperature Electric Wire
PAF, ETFE, FEP, and PTFE insulated high temperature electrical wire is designed to handle extreme temperatures and harsh environments. These wires are commonly used in industries such as aerospace, automotive and manufacturing where high temperature, chemical exposure and abrasion resistance are critical.
PAF (polyamideimide) insulation is known for its exceptional
ability to withstand high temperature environments up to 250°C. It
has excellent dimensional stability, mechanical properties and
chemical resistance.
ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) insulation can withstand
temperatures up to 200°C. It is highly resistant to chemicals,
radiation and UV rays and has excellent mechanical and flame
retardant properties.
FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) insulation materials are
widely used in industries that require high temperature resistance
and chemical resistance. It can operate in ambient temperatures up
to 200°C, making it ideal for aerospace, automotive and chemical
processing applications.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) insulation is known for its
excellent ability to handle temperatures up to 250°C, excellent
chemical resistance and excellent dielectric properties. It is
commonly used in electrical and electronic equipment, aerospace and
medical applications.
In conclusion, PAF, ETFE, FEP and PTFE insulated high temperature
electrical wires are excellent choices for applications requiring
excellent resistance to high temperatures, harsh environments and
chemicals. These wires provide reliable performance, durability and
longevity under the most challenging conditions.
