Varistors 7D561K series are semiconductor voltage limiting surge devices sintered from zinc oxide. They are widely used in electronic circuits for their excellent nonlinear characteristics and high surge absorption capacity. The products are mainly used for surge protection on AC/DC power circuits and all kinds of low frequency signals, control circuit boards and related lightning protection modules.
