High Quality 600V Industrial Tray Dryer for Spice Medicine Processing
Vacuum debugging can be performed as follows:
A. Turn on the power supply of the empty box, and the power
indicator light should be on at this time (6090 and 6210 models
should be turned on the thermostat switch respectively). The
thermostat will perform power-on self-test, and the PV screen will
display the temperature
measured in the working room, while the SV screen will display the temperature set when leaving the factory. The AT and HEAT lights on the temperature controller should be on, indicating that the instrument enters the working state of heating.
B. Modify the setting temperature
1. Press the function key (SET) of the temperature controller; PV
screen display SP character, can be used to modify the setting
temperature button (6090 and 6210 for 2 and 3 meters should be set
and modified respectively, the following similar).
2. After the modification is complete, press the SET key again. The
PV screen displays the ST character and sets the timing time.
If the timing function is not used, it is still set to ST=0
3. Press the SET key again to make the PV screen display the studio
temperature and the SV screen display the new SET temperature. The
instrument AT and HEAT lights on, and the instrument enters the
working state of heating again.
C. When the temperature in the working room is close to the set
temperature, the HEAT light goes on and off, indicating that the
heating enters the PID adjustment stage. It is normal that the
temperature measured by the instrument sometimes exceeds the set
temperature and
sometimes is lower than the set temperature. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, the studio will enter the constant temperature state after 1~2 hours, and the articles will enter the drying stage.
D. When the required temperature is low, the secondary setting mode
can be adopted. For example, the required operating temperature is
70℃. Set 60℃ for the first time, and then set 70℃ for the second
time after the isothermal overshooting starts to fall, which can
reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshooting phenomenon
and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
E. Turn off the power supply when the goods are dry. If the
temperature drops rapidly, open the air valve to make the vacuum
degree 0, and wait for about 5 minutes before opening the door.
4. If the humidity of the dry material in the working room is high,
the generated moisture will affect the performance of the vacuum
pump. It is recommended to connect a dryer/filter between the
drying oven and the vacuum pump.
5. If nitrogen and other inert gases need to be added in the
process of drying goods, it should be indicated in the contract and
an intake valve should be added.
