Single Phase Celtron Load Cell Tensile Test Equipment Fabric
Tensile Test Use is mainly applied to test all kinds of fabrics,
such as plain dyed, yarn-dyed poplin, dyed grid tweed, oxford,
chambray, denim, and khaki, twill, herringbone, gabardine, satin,
dobby, jacquard cloth, and so the tensile, compression, bending,
shear, peel, tear, extending two (need to reprovision extensometer)
and other tests.
Main features:
1.Displacement measurement using import photoelectric encoder,
2.Controller based on embedded single chip microprocessor structure
3.Built-in powerful control software, measurement, control, and
computing, storage inone.
3.With automatic calculation of stress, elongation (need to add
with Gage), tensile strength, modulus function, automatic
statistics;
4.Automatically record the maximum points, breaking point, specify
the force and elongation;
5.Using the test process and test the dynamic display of the curve,
and for data processing, after the test through graphical data
analysis module on curve amplification edit and printable reports,
products reach the international advanced level.
Test principle:
Sample clamped in a fixture between the two fixture, relative
motion between two fixtures, through the dynamic clamping force on
the head sensor and machine built-in displacement sensors,
collected during the test force and displacement, to calculate
properties such as tensile strength, tear strength and deformation
of the sample rate indicators.
Tensile testing machine lazy pointer back to zero lag or
instability:
the pointer bearings, spindle bearings rust or oil: Clean or
replace the bearings. the gear lever or gear lever and gear
deformation is not engaged: straightening gear lever or cleaning,
repair gear, sheave and other transmission components.the buffer
valve is dirty: Clean the cushion valve.
