Tensile Test
1. Host system (as shown in figure 1)
The main part consists of oil cylinder, cylinder piston, moving
beam, fixed beam and load sensor.Oil cylinder and welding steel
frame beam, mobile and fixed beam forming stress framework, moving
beam and fixed at both ends of the beam with drawing fixture to
gripped sample, single out the double effect of low friction under
the action of a piston in the hydraulic oil cylinder driving mobile
beam movement, to test the force applied to the sample.The fixed
beam and the stress frame are connected by a bolt, and the test
space is adjusted manually.
2. Oil source (hydraulic power) system:
The oil source system consists of four parts: oil pump electric
unit, fuel tank (including valve set and supporting facilities),
pipeline system and strong electrical system.
3. Control, measurement and display system.
3.1. It is easy to operate with the load of the special
proportional servo valve controlled by hydraulic testing machine.
3.2. Using microcomputer control technology to realize the load
maintenance of test force;
3.3 load sensor measurement test force;
3.4. The computer screen displays all kinds of test data, draws the
test force - time curve, and curves automatic data processing;
3.5, a complete file operations and data storage function, test
data to ASC Ⅱ code done, making it easy for users to secondary data
processing;
3.6 printing test report of printer;
3.7. Complete safety protection device:
3.8. When the test force exceeds 2% to 5% of each maximum test
force, overload protection and system unloading;
3.9. When the piston displacement reaches the front and rear limit
position, the stroke protection, the oil pump motor stops.
