Product Description:
The testing machine is mainly designed for the tensile test,
compression test and bending test of metal, also for non-metal of
compression test, such as concrete and stone. If the proper
jigs are provided, it can be used for various tests in the
laboratories of mills, factories, colleges and research units
concerned.
It is featured with hydraulic loading, electronic force
measurement, the load, the test process with curve can be displayed
on the computer screen, and the data can be saved and printed out.
It is overload protection. The oil cylinder is fitted on the bottom
of the main frame, which is suitable for the compression test and
all the annex will be provided for the technological tests of the
metal.
Measuring principle:
1, tensile testing machine force value measurement is through the
force sensor, amplifier and data disposal system to complete the
measurement. It is known from the data mechanics that under the
premise of small deformation, the strain ε at a certain point of an
elastic element is proportional to the force on the elastic
element, and also proportional to the elastic component. Taking the
sensor of S-type testing machine as an example, when the sensor is
subjected to the effect of tension P, the strain gauge is pasted on
the surface of the elastic element, and since the strain of the
elastic element is in direct proportion to the size of the external
force P, the strain gauge is connected to the measuring circuit to
measure the output voltage and then the size of the force.
2, the deformation measurement through the deformation measurement
installation to measure, it is used to measure the deformation of
the sample in the process of the experiment. The installation has
two collets, which are connected to a photoelectric encoder mounted
on the top of the measuring installation through a series of
biographies. When the interval between the two collets switches,
the shaft of the photoelectric encoder is driven to twist, and the
photoelectric encoder will have a pulse signal output. Then the
signal is processed by the processor and the deformation of the
sample can be obtained.
3. The measurement of beam displacement is roughly the same as the
deformation measurement, which is to obtain the displacement of the
beam by measuring the output pulse number of the photoelectric
encoder
