1. PRODUCT PROFILE
Flexbile rubber joint consists of rubber body and metal flanges or screw thread, which is used in metal pipe system for vibration isolation, reducing noise and displacement compensation. Flexible rubber joint also called rubber joint, rubber expansion joint , flexible joint, is a kind of pipeline system joint which has the performance of high elasticity, high air-sealed, media resistance and weather resistance. The rubber flexible joint consists of inner layer rubber, reinforcing layer with polyester cord fabric and outside layer rubber with compounded rubber pipeline. According to different media, it will use different rubber, including natural rubber, butadiene-styrene rubber, butyl rubber, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, EPDM, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluorous rubber and so on. And they have the performance of heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, anti-corrosion, wear resistance and oil resistance respectively.
