AT070TN83 V.1 (AT070TN83 V1) is a 7.0-inch LIQUID crystal module from Innolux, which adopts A-Si TFT-LCD technology. It is equipped with WLED backlight, including LED driver backlight drive, without touch. According to Innolux's product specifications for Final Ver02 released on November 20, 2008, AT070TN83 V.1 displays a resolution of 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA), a width to height ratio of 15:9 (width: height), and pixels arranged in RGB vertical strips. Its display area size is 152.4×91.44 (width × height) mm, visual size is 155.3×94.3 (width × height) mm, appearance size is 165×104 (width × height)×5.8(thickness) mm, surface treatment is fog surface, product net weight 130g (Typ.). For backlighting, this product uses a WLED side entry light source with a life of 20K hours, including LED driver. AT070TN83 V.1 adopts TTL (1 CH, 6-bit) signal interface, a total of 40 pins, adopts terminal connection, drive screen voltage is 3.3V (Typ.)(VCC). Its typical vertical refresh rate Fv is 60Hz. It operates at -20 °C to 70°C and stores at -30 °C to 80°C. White LED backlight based on it, with LED driver, up/down, left/right flip display, surface fog, SYNC & DE Mode; 2 in 1 Connector and other features, this model recommended for digital photo frame, portable DVD, MP3 PMP.
