Product Introduction
Foam fenders outer layer has an extremely low frictional resistance and is highly resistant to wear due to its strength. Impact force is efficiently absorbed by the foam fender, reducing the resultant force acted upon the wharf/vessel at the point of contact.
Polyurethane foam filled fender is made of high elastic modulus of
new polymerization materials, which has high strength, high
elasticity, high adhesion force and the maximum anti-seepage,
anti-aging features etc. Polyurethane foam filled fender is mainly
choose the closed-cell foam materials as buffered medium to reduce
the damage of collision. Currently, Polyurethane foam filled fender
produced by Shunhang is used very widely in the world, include the
port, coastal and ship by ship operation.Polyurethane foam filled
fender as a substitute of Pneumatic Rubber fender, which adopting
the new coating formular so that the product become more gorgeous
and solid. Compared with Pneumatic Rubber Fender, it can using
longer time and easy to install in the practices. Polyurethane foam
filled fender choose the polyurea material for outer layer and
internal using polyurethane foam materials or plastic foam as the
cushion medium. It is using compression deformation to absorb the
impact energy of the vessels, so that it can help the ship or wharf
to reduce the collision damage.

EVA Foam Fender Types
Chain type
Here we refer to chain type as in chain passing through the EVA
foam fender body, with a swivel arrangement at each end allowing
the EVA foam fender to rotate during operation.
Typical sizes are from 0.7 diameter and up to 4m, with lengths from
1.2 to 12m.
In addition we can supply foam fenders fitted with chain & tyre
net. This will offer additional protection of the coating (outer
layer) and foam core.
Steel type
The steel axle EVA foam fenders are designed with connecting
flanges and swivels mounted each end, allowing the EVA foam fender
to rotate.
Typical sizes are from 0.8 diameter and up to 4m, with lengths from
1.2 to 12m.
PU type
The PU axle EVA foam fenders have no metal parts, which eliminates
risk for sparks and damage to hull/ship.
This type is not designed for large sized ships or heavy duty
operations.
Sizes: from 0.3 diameter and up to 1m, with lengths from 0.5 to 2m.
