It manufactured use dry-press process. It's two units glued which
allows both sides smooth surface but not as smooth and rigid as
wet-press type. It's made from 100% OCC(Old Corrugated Container).

We are a manufacturer, we have our own production plants located in

2) What type of product do you make?
We produce Molded Pulp Trays and Tooling/Mold.
There's three types of molded pulp trays we supply:
Manufactured use 'Dried-In-Mold' modern technology allows for incredibly smooth rigid quality molded pulp tray, the wall thickness range from 0.6mm to 1.3mm, also known as Wet Pressing in molded pulp industry. Main used for tableware, high-quality consumer electronic package and cosmetic package.
Transfer molded(also known as Dry Pressed) means after formed then transfer under the sun or oven to dry, which is widely used today. The product surface feature is one side smooth but no so smooth as type 1, the other side is rough, typically wall thickness range from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Main used for home appliance, electronics, hardware, wine shipper, cooler, egg cartons, fruit container, cup carrier/holder, medical care.
It manufactured with a secondary or specific treatment process,
such as additional coating, printing, hot stamping or additives.
3) Are your molded pulp products biodegradable?
Yes, our pulp tray can be 100% biodegraded in natural conditions
within 90 days, which is largely shorter than the degradation of
synthetic plastics
4) Will there be a mold fee for doing this trays?
Yes, there be a mold fee for all customized design.
