DIMEX uPVC Profiles Features:

Green and environmentally friendly formula: Germany has a mature calcium zinc formula system, using imported additives (such as Kaimishen calcium zinc stabilizer, American general ASA, Cabot carbon black from Sasso, South Africa, and British Holliday ultramarine), with superior and stable performance.
Resin powder: the main component of plastic profile is vinyl PVC, and its whiteness and anti-aging index are more common than those in China
The use of petroleum based PVC is much higher. Calcium carbonate: The amount of active ultrafine calcium carbonate added is small, and the formula cost is high. A small amount of modified calcium carbonate filled with coupling agent is fully combined with PVC macromolecules to form a network structure, making the product have high welding strength, impact strength, and tensile strength. The surface is smooth and delicate, and can improve the K-value of the profile and the sound insulation effect of doors and windows.
Pot white powder: DuPont chlorinated Faqin white powder, with high price, good stability, and sufficient addition ratio, makes the profile have super anti-aging ability.
