Product Introduction
Galvanized steel pipe is an alloy layer formed by the reaction
between molten metal and iron matrix, which combines the matrix and
the coating. Hot-dip galvanizing is a process of pickling steel
pipes. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of steel
pipes, after pickling, the pipes are cleaned through ammonium
chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and
zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank, and then sent into the
hot-dip galvanizing tank.Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of
uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. Complex
physical and chemical reactions occur between the steel tube matrix
and the molten plating solution, resulting in a zinc-iron alloy
layer with a close corrosion resistance structure. The alloy layer
is integrated with pure zinc layer and steel tube matrix.
Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance. Galvanized steel
pipe are widely used, in addition to pipelines for general
low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, oil, etc., and also used as
oil well pipes and oil pipes in the petroleum industry, especially
in offshore oil fields, and oil heaters and condensation of
chemical coking equipment. Cooler, coal distillate oil exchanger
pipe, and trestle pipe pile, support pipe for mine tunnel, etc.

Through addition of certain heavy metal element into molten zinc
bath, regular spangle pattern is produced on Hot-dip zinc-coated
steel sheet.Minimized spangle
The zinc layer(coating) does Not contain Lead(Pb), which complies
with EU WEEE and RoHS directives. This is a non-toxic and
environmental friendly material.Spangle-free
During hot-dip galvanizing, only a certain amount of aluminum is
added to the zinc solution, and lead-free, antimony, and tin are
