AWS A5.16 Titanium ERTi-7 Welding Wire is a titanium alloy specifically designed for welding applications.

AWS A5.16 Titanium ERTi-7 Welding Wire is composed of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium and is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation.

The weld joint produced by this wire is strong and ductile enough to be used in numerous applications such as aerospace, automotive, and marine applications.

ERTi-7 straight welding wire is also commonly used in chemical process equipment and pressure vessels.

ERTi-7 coiled Wire has a high melting point and is easy to form and shape.

ERTi-7 coiled Wire is also non-magnetic, which makes it an excellent choice for welding in areas that are sensitive to magnetic fields.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
