a finer grain size of the copper foil, enhancing its ultra-thin
toughness and other desirable properties.
Production and Processing Method:
The manufacturing process of the titanium layer on the cathode drum
primarily involves welding, spinning, and other techniques. The
innovative "ring rolling" technology, which combines forging and
rolling, effectively meets the microstructural morphology and
mechanical property requirements. This technology significantly
improves the production quality of the titanium layer, thereby

Our Cathode Drum total have 3 layers, first layer Stainless steel, second layer copper, the third layer GR1 pure titanium. The third layer titanium ring is seamless, The last layer is a seamless titanium ring. The cathode drum with a seamless ring produces higher quality copper foil.
