It can detect the defective layer without damaging the inside electrical conductor. By using high frequency (3KHZ) and high volte electrode to replace traditional (50/60HZ) high volt electrode, its electrode tip can select a 50mm beaded-contact, copper brush, carbon brush or a roller, which can shorten installation dimension greatly and enhance detection speed to be ranging from 1000m/min to 2400m/min. This device developed based on Taiwan, Europe and American technology combination is very reliable and smart.
