Application

RUICHENG offers a wide range of aluminum curtain tracks to meet almost any customer application. The curtain tracks are extruded with 6063 aluminum. The tracks range in size and finishes. Different aluminum tracks come in finishes that include:

Mill Finish – Aluminum is exposed directly as extruded – may show streaks that form during the extrusion process – silver

Anodized Finish - an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Typically satin silver or black.

Powder Coated – finish applied as a free-flowing dry powder and provides a colored coating that is more durable traditional paint. Typically satin silver, white, bronze, or black.

Our factory operates 18 modern extrusion production lines, with world-class casting equipment, and oxidizing electrophoresis equipment. The whole on-site manufacturing process includes billet casting, mould design, aluminum extrusion, finishing and packaging. The extrusion quality has been confirmed and received high respect.
