Introduction
(1) Double frequency conversion fine wire drawing machine adopts horizontal design, which is driven by one main motor through flat belt and connected with four tower pulley spindles and take-off wheels.
(2) The take-up is independently driven by three-phase AC motor to realize the principle of double frequency conversion synchronous stretching and winding.
(3) The copper material enters the drawing chamber through the paying off frame and is stretched through the tower pulley and wire drawing die. During drawing, the cooling mode of wire rod and die adopts spraying mode. The copper material enters the take-up reel successively from the take-off wheel, counting guide wheel, tension rocker guide wheel, wire passing guide wheel and wire arranging guide wheel.
(4) The control of take-up tension is that the tension swing rod provides deviation signal, and the take-up frequency converter realizes double frequency conversion synchronous take-up through PID control.
(5) The electrical control system can set the meters according to the customer's production needs to achieve the functions of automatic shutdown, emergency stop braking, disconnection braking, fault protection emergency stop, etc.
(6) The production speed is stepless regulated by drawing frequency converter and take-up frequency converter. The wire arrangement mechanism is driven by an independent motor through a polished rod. The braking system of coiling part adopts electromagnetic braking.
