Introduction
Maintenance and precautions
1. Maintain the cleaning of all lubricating parts and fill lubricating oil regularly as required.
2. During the sanitation cleaning every Wednesday, all the tower wheels and mold bases in the machine shall be cleaned.
3. Clean the machine surface and around the machine body.
4. Every day, the staff on duty shall clean the start-up machine, maintenance machine and ground half an hour before work.
Safety knowledge
1. In case of emergency, turn off the main power supply first.
2. The protective door must be closed before operating the equipment.
3. Do not touch or enter the area of rotating and running parts.
4. Before any maintenance, ensure that all units have been disconnected from the power supply and the steam and gas supply pipelines are in good condition pressure state.
5. Disconnect the power switch before opening any control cabinet, control desk or other electrical connection box.
6. Do not press the electrical button with wet gloves to avoid electric shock. Do not press the button too hard to avoid damage.
