The wrapped coil is well-protected & sealed & beautiful & looks tidier with waterproof, dust proof, rust proof, wear proof, anti-aging functions.

1. Fixed or moveable trolley operation, safe, convenient and efficient.
2. Adopt PLC program control and HMI operation.
3. Automatic alarming, fault will be displayed automatically.
4. Simple operation by imputing OD, ID, width & corrected parameter of the coil, the material length and wrapping circles will be calculated automatically.
5. The overlap and tension of the packing tape can be adjusted according to requirement.
6. The ring height is adjustable, to suit for object with different ID and OD.
7. High wear-resistant polyurethane friction wheel,integral casting structure for the ring.
8. Synchronous wrapping system can be chose for wrapping two different material simultaneously.
9. The rollers are wrapped by PU to protect the products effectively.
10. Wide wrapping material can be used to improve the packing efficiency.
11. Adopt unique cutting system, which has overcame the weakness of the traditional cutters.
